Feature Release – Feb 18, 2026
Credit App Edits (with Compliance Guardrail), Streamlined Onboarding (Test-Drive Flow), Buyer Referrals
Summary
This release includes three updates:
-
Credit application edits with customer re-authentication
-
Streamlined onboarding flow (Test-Drive Flow)
-
Buyer referrals from the buyer portal
1) Credit Application Edits Inside Lending Portal
What changed
Sales Managers and Finance Managers can edit customers data inside TDC lending portal.
Compliance behavior
If income or housing expense is edited:
-
TDC creates a task that will block the final post-purchase documents
-
The customer must log into the buyer portal
-
The customer must update their credit application themselves
- Once updated - the task will be removed, and the post-purchase documents will be released for execution.
This ensures that the credit application data is customer-authenticated.

What changed

If the customer’s driver’s license is present, onboarding starts with license capture instead of manual registration
-
OTP is still required to save registration
3) Buyer Referrals (from the Buyer Portal)
What Changed
Buyers can submit referrals from the buyer portal.
What happens
When a referral is submitted:
-
A new transaction appears on the dashboard
-
The referral source is recorded
-
An email is sent to the referred customer to start the process
-
Buyers can track referral status in the portal
