How to Change a Dashboard User’s Phone Number

Quick steps to update staff phone numbers directly from the Dashboard.

Sometimes staff members get a new phone number, and you’ll need to update it in TDC so they can continue logging in without issues. This can be done quickly from the Dashboard.


Updating a User’s Phone Number

  1. Navigate to the Staff tab in the top-right corner of the Dashboard.

  2. Use the search bar to find the staff member whose phone number you want to update.

  3. Hover over the current phone number.

  4. A pencil icon will appear — click it.

  5. Enter the updated phone number and save.

Once updated, the staff member will be able to log in using their new phone number.
