Quick steps to update staff phone numbers directly from the Dashboard.
Sometimes staff members get a new phone number, and you’ll need to update it in TDC so they can continue logging in without issues. This can be done quickly from the Dashboard.
Updating a User’s Phone Number

Navigate to the Staff tab in the top-right corner of the Dashboard.

Use the search bar to find the staff member whose phone number you want to update.

Hover over the current phone number.

A pencil icon will appear — click it.

Enter the updated phone number and save.
Once updated, the staff member will be able to log in using their new phone number.
That’s it! In just a few clicks, you can keep user information current and ensure seamless access to TDC.
