Overview
TDC users now have the ability to re-trigger signatures on compliance forms when deal metrics change. If a deal is modified after a customer has signed the compliance forms, a new set of forms must be signed.
When Should You Retrigger Compliance Form Signatures?
Changes to the deal that require new signatures include:
- Changing the vehicle for purchase
- Adding trade-in information
- Adjusting the deal scenario (switching Primary Buyer and Co-Buyer)
- Switching the finance type (e.g., lease to loan)
How to Retrigger Signatures
- Navigate to the Dealer Dashboard.
- Make the necessary changes to the deal.
- Click the "Request Signatures Again" button.
- The customer will have to log into the Buyer Portal and e-sign the updated forms.

Important Notes
- The previous set of signed forms will be removed from the deal jacket and replaced with the newly signed forms.
- Users can retrigger Pre-Purchase Forms and Post-Purchase Forms together, allowing the customer to sign everything at once.
- The Forms Indicator in the Dashboard Table View helps track form completion:
- ✅ Checkmark: Forms are complete and in the deal jacket.
- ⚠️ Warning Indicator: Forms are missing or need re-signing.

Example User Flow
- Customer signs compliance forms.
- The financing is not approved for the originally selected vehicle.
- The dealership updates the deal to a different vehicle.
- The Forms Indicator updates, showing forms need to be re-signed.
- The dealer retriggers the compliance forms.
- The customer logs into the Buyer Portal and signs the new set of forms.
By using the retrigger function, dealerships can maintain compliance while ensuring that all deal documents are up to date.
