How To Set Up TDC With DUO Authenticator?

To set up DUO as your authenticator on the platform, follow these steps:

• Click on the User Icon with your initials on the top right corner on the dashboard.
• Select "Profile" in the Drop down.
  
• Select "Preferred Authenticator App" Option.

• Open the DUO app.
• In the "Accounts" section, tap "Add."
• Select the "Use QR Code" option.
• Point your phone at the QR code displayed on the TDC Dashboard.
• Enter the code generated by DUO into TDC.
• Click "Configure App."
• Finally, click "Save" to complete the setup.

TDC users have the flexibility to set up any authenticator app, not just DUO.
