Dealer staff can quickly check buyer`s credit without effecting their credit score via the TDC Pre-Qualify tab on the dealer website.
Pros:
✔ Quick way to gauge eligibility

Cons:
❌ Pre-qualification is not an approval
❌ Buyer must still complete onboarding and submit a full credit application to proceed
How It Works:
- Send the customer a link or direct them to the Pre-Qualify tab on your dealer website.
- The customer fills out the Pre-Qualify Application.
- The dealership staff can review the customer's credit report.
- If the deal is feasible, the customer:
- Retrieves the Buyer Portal link from their email, completes onboarding, and submits a full credit application, OR
- Visits the dealership, logs into their Existing Transaction, and completes onboarding and the credit application in the showroom.
Important Note:
Customers who have submitted a prequalification application through the dealer’s website must not select "Create New" when they arrive at the showroom on the kiosk. Instead, they should log into their Existing Transaction to continue the process and complete onboarding. This ensures all previously submitted information is retained and prevents duplicate records.
