Remote Transactions - Dashboard

Dealers can streamline the buying process by sending consumers a direct link to the TDC Buyer Portal, allowing them to complete all necessary steps from home. Through the portal, buyers can submit their personal information, verify their identity, upload their driver’s license, complete a credit application, and provide trade-in details—all before stepping foot in the dealership. This not only saves time at the showroom but also ensures a smoother, more efficient transaction when they arrive.

How It Works

• On the TDC Dealer Dashboard, click “New Transaction” in the top right corner.
• Enter the buyer’s information.
• The customer receives an email with a secure link.
• TDC guides the buyer through the onboarding process, capturing their driver’s license, selfie, and credit application.
• Staff can monitor progress from the dashboard, and the finance manager can begin the approval process.

Forms Signing:

• If the customer has finalized their vehicle choice, they can sign forms from home.
• If not, they must log into their Existing Transaction at the dealership and complete signing in the showroom.
