Finance Application - Dealer Website

The credit application can be submitted directly through the dealer’s website. This option is best suited for buyers who want to save time at the dealership but are not yet fully committed to a purchase.

How It Works:

  1. Send the customer a link to the Finance Application on your dealer website.
  2. The customer fills out and submits the application.
  3. A TDC account is automatically created.
  4. To proceed, the customer can either:
    • Retrieve the Buyer Portal link from their email and complete onboarding from home, OR
    • Visit the dealership, log into their Existing Transaction, and complete onboarding in the showroom.

Important Note:


Customers who have submitted a credit application through the dealer’s website must not select "Create New" on the kiosk when they arrive at the showroom. Instead, they should log into their Existing Transaction to continue the process and complete onboarding. This ensures all previously submitted information is retained and prevents duplicate records.
