      Tracking Consumer Progress on the Dashboard

      A quick guide to understanding the progress checkboxes on your TDC Dashboard

      The TDC Dashboard gives dealership staff a clear, real-time view of each consumer’s progress. With simple checkboxes and progress indicators, you’ll always know what has been completed and what still needs attention.

      Dashboard progress indicators are divided into several key sections:

      1. Status (covered in a separate article)

      2. Credit

      3. Compliance

      4. Forms

      Whenever a step is completed or cleared, a checkbox will automatically appear.

      Status

      The Status indicator provides an overall snapshot of where the consumer stands in the process.

      Credit Section

      Here, users can instantly see if the consumer has:

      • Submitted a Pre-Qualification Application

      • Submitted a Credit Application

      Compliance Section

      Compliance is critical, and TDC provides multiple checkpoints to make sure every deal stays secure and compliant.

      In this section, you can verify whether:

      • ID Capture: Was the ID successfully captured, or did the user skip this step?

      • Red Flags: Did the automated Red Flags check clear?

      • OFAC: Did the OFAC screening clear?

      • ID Verification Quiz: Was the Out-Of-Wallet ID quiz generated and passed?

      • ID Document Verification: Was the ID document scanned and verified?

      • Recall Check: Did the system identify any open recalls on the used vehicle?

      Forms Section

      The Forms section tracks whether all required dealership forms have been executed (Pre- and Post- Purchase Forms). As soon as the consumer signs and submits these, you’ll see the checkbox confirmation.

      Together, these progress indicators give you a full picture of the consumer’s journey—from credit readiness to compliance to final paperwork—helping you move deals forward with confidence.
