The TDC Buyer Portal is a secure, digital space created for every consumer when a new transaction is started in the system. It simplifies the buying process and provides a central hub for all deal-related information.

How It Works

  • When a new transaction is created, a Buyer Portal account is automatically generated.

  • The system uses the consumer’s email address and a one-time password (OTP) to grant access.

  • Once logged in, the consumer is guided through the required steps, such as submitting personal information and completing compliance flows.

  • Consumers can log back in at any time to pick up where they left off.

  • Once the transaction is created, consumers should always log into their existing transaction at the kiosk to continue where they left off.

Multiple Transactions in One Account

A single Buyer Portal account can hold multiple transactions:

  • At one dealership (for example, if the consumer buys more than one vehicle).

  • Across multiple dealerships (if the consumer shops at different rooftops).

Consumers will see all their transactions conveniently organized in one place.


Co-Buyers in the Portal

Each co-buyer receives their own separate Buyer Portal, linked to their email address and phone number.

  • This portal is independent of the primary buyer’s portal.

  • Co-buyers can log in and access only their own documents, flows, and compliance requirements.

  • This separation ensures security while still keeping the co-buyer fully included in the process.


Key Features of the Buyer Portal

  • Secure Information Submission
    Consumers can safely provide non-public information through the portal.

  • Digital Glove Box (“My Documents”)
    All disclosures and executed documents are automatically stored here.

    • Every form signed by the consumer appears in their portal.

    • Documents are available for download or review at any time.

  • Secure Document Sharing
    Consumers can upload and share additional documents (PayStabs, Insurance Cards, Bank Statements, etc) with the dealership securely.

  • Convenience Tool
    The portal acts as a digital filing cabinet where all transaction-related documents live—easy to access whenever needed.
