What Is the Consumer Flow on the Kiosk?

When a consumer arrives at the dealership, they access the Buyer Portal through the kiosk, the system guides them through a secure and structured process. This ensures compliance, prevents fraud, and creates a seamless experience for both the customer and the dealership.


Step 1: Creating the Transaction

  • Click "New" on the kiosk and enter the consumers` information.

  • The consumer receives a one-time password (OTP) on their cell phone.

  • Using the OTP, the consumer logs into their new account.

  • The system automatically begins the onboarding flow.


Step 2: Onboarding Flow

The onboarding process is designed to capture essential documents and consents:

  • Driver’s License / Photo ID Capture (front and back)
  • Communication Consent and Dealer Privacy Policy
  • Test Drive Consent

Step 3: Buyer Dashboard

Once onboarding is complete, the consumer lands in their Buyer Dashboard. From here, they can:

  • Pre-Qualify (soft-pull enquiry)

  • Submit Credit Application

  • Access the transaction-related documents inside the "View Documents"
  • Securely share stips under the "Additional Documents" - upload/scan functionality

This flexibility allows the consumer to move at their own pace while keeping the process streamlined for the dealership.
