      Where Would the Buyer Find the Portal?

      Accessing the Buyer Portal via email or in-store QR codes.

      Once a transaction is created in TDC, a Buyer Portal account is automatically set up for the consumer. There are multiple ways for the buyer to access it. Besides kiosks at the dealership, the Buyer Portal is fully accessible on consumers` personal devices, so they can pick up where they left off from anywhere.

      Welcome Email

      • As soon as the transaction is created, the buyer receives a welcome email.

      • This email contains a direct link to the Buyer Portal.

      • The buyer uses their email address and a one-time password (OTP) to log in.

      2. QR Codes in the Dealership

      • Throughout the dealership, you’ll find stands with QR codes.

      • Scanning the QR code takes the buyer directly to the Buyer Portal login page
